Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms can vary depending on hotels, transport providers, guides, and seasonal supplier rules. Final cancellation terms for a confirmed trip should always be read together with your quotation or booking confirmation.

Before Confirmation

If a trip has not yet been confirmed and no payment has been made, you may cancel your inquiry or draft itinerary without charge.

After Confirmation

Once services are confirmed, cancellation charges may apply because hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators often impose their own fees. Heritage Travels will calculate any applicable supplier charges and communicate them clearly at the time of cancellation.

No-Shows and Late Changes

No-shows, last-minute cancellations, and major itinerary changes close to arrival may result in higher charges or non-refundable service components.

Refund Timing

Where a refund is due, it will normally be processed after supplier cancellations and recoveries are completed. Timing may vary depending on banks and payment methods.

Rescheduling

If possible, we will try to help reschedule rather than cancel, but revised prices, availability, or supplier policies may apply.
